摘要(Abstract)：
如何有效地分配与调度物资,以避免浪费或堆置无用,将是决定紧急救灾物资物流配送系统优劣的关键。在对国内外救灾物流系统发展现状及其特性进行深入分析的基础上,构建紧急救灾物资物流配送系统模型,以达到在最短的时间内,准确地将救灾物资紧急配送到灾区,获得最大化救灾效益的目的。
